Come On Over (CD)

Come On Over is the third studio album by Shania Twain and was released in 1997.

This album marked Shania's definitive international breakthrough. It was released in two different editions: one for the American market, the other for international markets.

The international version was released in 1998 and featured several changes from the North American version released in late 1997. The cover art was different, and the song order was also shuffled.

To boost sales of the international version, the country influences were removed and producer Robert John Lange (Shania's husband) made new mixes of the songs.

This change proved to be a good move, as 'Come On Over' went on to sell over 40 million copies worldwide, making it one of the best-selling albums by a female artist of all time.

In total, the album sold over 40 million copies worldwide.

The songs "You're Still the One," "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!" and "That Don't Impress Me Much" became international hits and catapulted Shania to superstardom.
