General Terms and Conditions of Promotion

Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every promotional game of chance, contest, and sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion") offered by Platenzaak.nl. Any additional terms and conditions for participation will be stated on the website for each promotion. If specific rules are established for a promotion, those rules will be considered supplementary to these General Terms and Conditions.

Participation period

Participants can participate in a promotion during the promotional period. This period is stated in the promotion information. Platenzaak.nl reserves the right to end or extend a promotion early. Any changes to the promotional period will be publicly announced.

Participation

The website will indicate how participants can participate in each promotion. Each promotion is limited to one entry. If a participant is under 16, they must obtain confirmation from their parent or guardian to participate. Platenzaak.nl will request confirmation of this consent.

Prices

Each promotion will indicate which and how many prizes can be won. The prize will be awarded in its current condition. Platenzaak.nl is not liable for any visible or hidden defects in the prize, nor for any damage during delivery (shipping). A prize is strictly personal and non-transferable. A prize cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.

Determination of the winners

For each promotion, the winners will be selected at random by an independent person or computer program. There will be one drawing per promotion, unless otherwise stated.

Announcement of winners

The winners will be notified of their prize by email or phone at the correspondence address, email address, or phone number provided by the participant. Correspondence regarding the outcome is final. The prize will be sent to the winner by mail or email within a few weeks, or, if stated in the terms and conditions of the promotion or if required by the nature of the promotion and/or the prize, it will be presented to the winner personally. If the winner does not accept the prize within three months, they will lose their right to claim it. Platenzaak.nl cannot be held responsible for any incorrect phone number, email address, or home address provided by the participant.
Participants who do not win a prize will not be informed of this.

Exclusion from participation

Employees of Platenzaak.nl and anyone directly or indirectly involved in the promotion in an organizational sense are excluded from participation. Platenzaak.nl reserves the right to exclude participants at any time without giving reasons. Platenzaak.nl may disqualify and/or exclude a participant at any time if the participant violates the General Terms and Conditions of the promotion in any way, any specific terms and conditions associated with the promotion, or otherwise acts unlawfully towards Platenzaak.nl or third parties. Participants with a postal address outside the Netherlands will be excluded from participation. Participants under the age of 16 who do not have parental or guardian permission are also not eligible to participate in a promotion.

Liability

Platenzaak.nl, Taylor Swift, Taylor Swift Productions, Inc., Firefly Entertainment, Inc., and their subsidiaries are not liable for damages resulting from the use by participants/winners of any prize provided by Platenzaak.nl, unless Platenzaak.nl is liable under the product liability provisions of Article 6:185 et seq. of the Dutch Civil Code. Furthermore, any printing, spelling, typographical, or other errors in any material and/or program published by Platenzaak.nl, regardless of their nature, are the property of Platenzaak.nl, Taylor Swift, Taylor Swift Productions, Inc., Firefly Entertainment, Inc., and their subsidiaries cannot be held against them and cannot in any way create any obligation for Platenzaak.nl.

Adjustment of Promotion Conditions

Platenzaak.nl reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and the terms and conditions of the specific promotion without prior notice or subsequent notification. A revised version of the terms and conditions will be posted on platenzaak.nl as soon as possible, indicating the date of the amendment, or communicated otherwise.

Privacy

Platenzaak.nl handles personal data with care and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). Platenzaak.nl's current privacy policy can be found here . By participating, the participant acknowledges that they are aware of the processing of personal data for the purposes of the promotion and the awarding of the prize and agrees to Platenzaak.nl's privacy policy.
