"For Those Who Chant" was recorded at Columbia Studios in San Francisco and released in 1972. Trumpeter Luis Gasca enlisted a who's who of the city's top music community from that period. The cast is extensive, featuring Carlos Santana and Neal Schon (Journey) on guitar, a rhythm section of Lenny White on drums, Stanley Clarke on bass, and the indomitable Joe Henderson on tenor saxophone. The set is brimming with chemistry and superb musicianship.
