Questions about your order?
For all orders of CDs, DVDs, books, T-shirts and 7" vinyl (within the Netherlands) you pay €3.95 shipping costs.
When you order multiple quantities of any of the products mentioned above, you pay €6.95.
For all other products you also pay €6.95 in shipping costs (such as vinyl, posters, sweaters, hoodies).
Different rates apply to all international orders. You'll see this amount in the checkout screen after entering your address.
If you order a product on a working day before 4:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day.
If you order a product on a working day after 4:00 PM, it will be shipped the next working day.
If you place an order during the weekend, it will be shipped the next working day.
In the order confirmation email you will find the expected shipping date for each product ordered.
Exceptions
1. You've pre-ordered a product that hasn't been released yet. Check the product page on platenzaak.nl for the product you ordered for the most up-to-date release date.
2. Some merchandise is only produced when ordered. This can result in delivery times of up to 6 business days.
As soon as a product is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace code. Our delivery services aim to deliver your order the next day.
Want to cancel (part of) your order? That's unfortunate, but you can, of course, cancel as long as you haven't received a shipping confirmation.

Not happy with your order? Use our contact form to submit a return request.
You can return (part of) your order without stating a reason up to 30 days after delivery. After receiving the returned product, we will refund the purchase price to your account. Due to bank processing time, it may take up to 12 days for the money to appear in your account.
We make the following distinction when making refunds:
- Partial return: you will not be refunded any shipping costs.
- Full return : the full
purchase amount will be refunded.
In both cases, the return itself is free of charge.
As long as you haven't received a shipping confirmation, you can change your delivery address. To do so, use the contact form on our contact page, select "I want to change the shipping address for my order," and complete the form.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine different shipments.
I have a problem.
It's incredibly frustrating to receive a damaged product. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product using the contact form on our contact page . Select "I received a damaged product" and complete the form.
Unfortunately, sometimes something goes wrong when picking orders. That's frustrating! If you receive a product you didn't order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product using the contact form on ourcontact page . Select "I received the wrong product" and complete the form.
General questions about Platenzaak.nl.
When you checkout your order, you have the option to enter a discount code. Enter your code and click "Apply." You'll then immediately see that your discount has been applied and the remaining amount.
Note: You can only use a discount code once. If you don't spend the full amount on your order, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
Click the icon at the top right of the page and select "Register." Enter the email address you want to register and choose a secure password.
