Description

Escalator to the Moon was the third and final studio album by the Hague band Klein Orkest. After the two pop albums Het Leed Decoratied (1982) and Later Is Al Lang Begonnen (1984), the band focused primarily on children with this album, which was first released in 1985. In 1986, the band received an Edison Award for this album, and several songs were featured on the television program Sesame Street. This reissue is a limited edition on moon-yellow transparent vinyl.
