André Hazes' album 'Kleine Jongen' was originally released in 1990. The hit single "Kleine Jongen" reached number 7 in the Dutch Single Top 100, and the album of the same name reached number 7 in the Dutch Album Top 100. The song "Hoogste Tijd" (High Time) was never released as a single, but it can still be heard in cafes and pubs as the last track before closing time. Hazes became the face of the Dutch "Levenslied" (Dutch folk song), although he himself preferred to call it "levenspop" (life pop). This edition of 'Kleine Jongen' is pressed on gold vinyl.
