Jamaican trumpeter Dizzy Reece moved to London and performed throughout Europe in the 1950s. When Donald Byrd and Art Taylor toured Europe in 1958, they went to the studio for a British-American jazz summit that became his Blue Note debut: "Blues In Trinity" with Tubby Hayes.
This stereo Tone Poet Vinyl Edition was produced by Joe Harley, mastered by Kevin Gray from the original analog master tapes, pressed onto 180g vinyl at RTI, and packaged in a deluxe tip-on sleeve.
