Remastered reissue commemorating the 50th anniversary of the self-titled album by Café, a New York-based Latin soul and funk band that released only this self-titled album with a mix of songs in English and Spanish on Vaya Records in 1974. Legendary conguero Ray Barretto produced the album. It swings in every way, with the opener "Sí Dame Tu Amor" rippling with funk grooves and sounding like a true Ray Barretto track , and "Identify Yourself" an absolute jam to lose yourself to . This reissue is pressed from the original master tapes and pressed on 180-gram vinyl.
