Description
Guitarist Bill Frisell's "Orchestras" documents two inspired concert hall performances: one with the nearly 60-piece Brussels Philharmonic, conducted by Alexander Hanson; and one with the 11-piece Umbria Jazz Orchestra, conducted by Manuele Morbidini. These captivating orchestrations evoke period film scores, where Frisell's shimmering signature tone blends beautifully with symphonic strings and brass. This is the exclusive 3-LP version with 7 additional tracks.
