Clapton Chronicles: The Best of Eric Clapton is a compilation album of his hits from the 80s and 90s. The album was first released on October 12, 1999, by the Duck/Reprise Records label. This reissue on The White & Splattered Black vinyl features two new songs: "Blue Eyes Blue", previously released as a single, and "(I) Get Lost", which Clapton wrote for the soundtrack of the film The Story of Us.
