Description

Besides being the driving force behind the band Van der Graaf Generator, Peter Hammill also enjoyed an impressive solo career. This solo career is now compiled in the 18-CD and 2-Blu-ray box set "The Charisma & Virgin Recordings 1971-1986." Along with his 13 remastered studio albums from this period, the box contains a wealth of bonus material, including live recordings and demos, plus new stereo mixes of "The Future Is Now" and "ph7." The Blu-rays include 5.1 mixes of these two albums and several television performances.
