On Thin Lizzy's 'The Acoustic Sessions,' you'll hear the band's original lineup like you've never heard before. This unique collection of Thin Lizzy songs includes previously unreleased vocals by Phil Lynott, acoustic guitar arrangements by Eric Bell, and drum tracks by Brian Downey. This way, you'll experience tracks like 'A Song For While I'm Away,' 'Whiskey In The Jar,' and 'Shades Of A Blue Orphanage' in a whole new way. This version of 'The Acoustic Sessions' includes a special, previously unreleased version of 'Slowblues' featuring Gary Moore on guitar. The LP features alternative artwork and is pressed on limited-edition marble white vinyl.

Alsof Phil op je schoot zit te zingen

Eigenlijk is het in 2024 toevoegen van nieuwe gitaarpartijen aan oude demo opnames uit 1972 vals spelen. Maar naar een paar luisterbeurten valt dat niet meer zo op en is het vooral de kristalheldere productie die opvalt. Alsof Phil Lynott (1949 - 1986) je op je schoot zit toe te zingen.
