Omschrijving

Recorded at Abbey Road Studios, Merregnon: Heart of Ice is Nobuo Uematsu’s first work, originally conceived as a concert piece, after decades of success in video game composition for Final Fantasy (one of the most successful franchises in gaming).
The work sits within the same tradition of Peter and the Wolf, created to engage young audiences with classical music and instruments. Each of the four main characters is represented by a different musical motif and group of instruments in the orchestra.
Nobuo Uematsu is joined by one of the world's most prestigious orchestras - the London Symphony Orchestra.
12 of the tracks are story-telling narration by oscar-winner, Alicia Vikander.
