GRAMMY-winning violinist Nicola Benedetti presents music by Britain's most beloved composer, Edward Elgar, on her new album. The centerpiece is his Violin Concerto, the renowned work from the Romantic repertoire. Considered one of the most technically demanding violin concertos, it's a marathon performance of just under an hour. It's offset by three short works for violin and piano: Salut d'Amour, Sospiri, and Chanson de Nuit.
