Description
Mamma, originally released in 1984, is a collection of popular Italian songs, arranged and conducted by Henry Mancini. In his liner notes, Pavarotti exclaimed, "I grew up with these songs, like many others of my generation, and they now evoke the sound of my childhood." The album is being reissued on vinyl for the first time since 1984, featuring new, remastered HD audio for the first time. Fresh from the pre-master tapes in the Decca vaults, these remastered tracks offer a fresh and beautiful perspective on these historic recordings.
