Joep Beving returns to his solo piano roots with his fourth album, "Hermetism." This album was created during the darkest days of the pandemic, in a time of fear and polarization. Inspired by ancient philosophical ideas, Beving explored universal themes. "I hope my music connects listeners and offers comfort," he says. With his twelve new compositions, performed on his beloved Schimmel piano, he brings a combination of melancholy and hope.
