Description

Recorded in the wee hours of Good Friday 1960, this improvised Pacific Jazz session captured the relaxed alchemy of The Modest Jazz Trio with Jim Hall on guitar, Red Mitchell on piano, and Red Kelly on bass. It would be the trio's only album, a sublimely swinging set culminating in the title track.
