Beschrijving
Music from Lindisfarne, the ancient Holy Island where pilgrimage meets song.
This album, composed by Christian Forshaw, English saxophonist and composer who has previously collaborated with artists such as Brian Eno, combines elements of folk, classical, sacred, and contemporary.
Written for saxophone and soprano, with layered performances on multiple additional instruments, this music features the luminous voice of soprano Grace Davidson, central to the album's identity.
